Our services are designed to help individuals, creators, and businesses grow their social media presence. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes from the use of our services.

Account Security

We will never ask for your social media passwords, login credentials, or direct account access. All we require is your public username or a link to the post or profile you want to grow. If anyone claiming to represent Social Momentum asks for your password, do not provide it and contact us immediately.

Ordering & Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is required at the time of order and is processed securely through Stripe.
• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, email, social media links) is accurate and complete.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.

Delivery

We strive to begin delivery within minutes of receiving your order. However, delivery times may vary depending on the service type, order size, and platform conditions. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as general guidance and are not guaranteed.

Social media platforms may occasionally update their policies or systems, which can affect delivery speed or completion. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill all orders in a timely manner.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, all sales are generally final. However, we may issue a refund or credit at our discretion in the following cases:

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Spotify, or Telegram. All platform names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
